        WEEKEND REFLECTION

INTRODUCTION

   Induction training is a support process for beginning teachers to teach them basic knowledge, skills, and values related with teaching and make them socialize with their profession.

EVENTS OF THIS WEEK ☺️☺️

In this week Tuesday and Wednesday we have no classes due to heavy rainfall . On Monday i got first period and conducted achievement test  then in 5th hour I introduce the new chapter organising in Thursday i took the class of organising structure.on Friday we have a staff meeting about the plus one admission and class arrangements in the next week.

In Friday i got a class and i took the class of formal organisation ..

On Saturday we have classes so on that day I conducted the diagnostic test .and after the diagnostic test i took the class of formal and informal organisation.on Friday and Saturday we have admission duties.

PLUS ONE ADMISSION 🎫🎟️

Plus one admission is started today ..so as a part of the staff members me also joining in the admission commitee and help the school authority in  the plus one admission process. The duration of the admission was from 10.a.m to 5 p.m .But the first day, admission was extend to 6.p.m .It was a new experience for me .☀️

2nd DÀY OF ADMISSION 🎫🎟️

Today the second day of plus one admission.in this process I have the duty of enrolling PTA funds . Through this process i  can make more friendship with the teachers 😊😊😊
