 As part of the onam festival our college has been decided to conduct a celebration on september 3 rd 2022. For this celebration our teachers formed some committees like programme committee, food commitee, cleaning comittee and finance commitee. Each committee consists first year and second year students..

 All these committees planned and executed their tasks very well

         

The programme was started at 9.30..at first we made a common athapookalam..... All teachers and students were contributed their  presents in this athappookalam.

       After it first year students presented a thiruvathira and group song..

After it i could made a dance perfomance related to onam.

,

After these performances there was malayali manga and malayali mangan competition.. A good number of participants were in this competition.

After it we had onam sadya.

Its a tasty one. All of us liked it very much.

After the lunch break we conducted several games and gave gifts for the winners..

Today we both were very sad ..because today was the last day of our teaching practice ....we didn't want to left from there. Because we got a good relations with the staffs at there ....and also with the students ....really i will miss them.,..sad 😢

Today the plus one batch is inaugurated.The function was started at 10.a.m. all students and parents were arrived earlier .we both got the duty of welcoming the parents and students. We did our job with pleasure ☺️

INNOVATIVE WORK REPORT

INTRODUCTION

            Innovative work helps the teacher to teach something effectively. Here we can increase the interest of the pupils. And also we can avoid rote learning by this interesting method. This type of innovative methods and creativity techniques has an important role in teaching leaning process. It will also help the students to store the ideas in their memory for a long time. It is very effective and powerful tool in teaching learning process.

            As a part of University of Kerala B.Ed curriculum 2021 -2022 there was a school based practical work known as innovative work. This work should be applicable to enhance students learning.

          On the second phase of teaching practice I made an innovative teaching aid. In the face to face teaching practice I prepared a still model based on steps in selection process.

PROCEDURE

          During the fourth semester school internship with the students of Govt: H.S.S Anchal west I have to do an innovative work. I got plus two commerce students for teaching practice. I got a chance to present my innovative work in front of my students.

          As part of B. Ed curriculum, I did an innovative work which is based on e-commerce. It aims at helping the students to get a visual image about electronic commerce.  I take the topic selection process as my innovative wor.

      In order to complete this work I used thermocol, chart, pencil, sketch pen, photo copy.The main objective of the work is to make awareness about steps in the selection process and to provide visual image about it.

CONCLUSION

          Innovative teaching is necessary for the present and future of education to help students to reach their full potential. The concrete learning over the abstract learning will happen through innovative works. Preparing innovative work makes to enhance the teacher’s potential also. Innovative teaching- learning aids will increase the thinking skill of teachers as well as students. Innovative works helps the teachers to simplify their teaching skills.

          My innovative work gave a new experience to teach in front of my students. I am very glad that my innovative work lead to a success in teaching learning process. Learners were more interested in creative thinking after saw my work.

INTRODUCTION

Induction training is a support process for beginning teachers to teach them basic knowledge, skills, and values related with teaching and make them socialize with their profession.

EVENTS OF THIS WEEK

This is the last week of our teaching practice. So we were very sad in this week. On monday i got second period and i took the concept merits of internal sources of recruitment. On tuesday i took external sources of recruitment and the differences between internal and external sources were discussed on wednesday.. At last day i discussed about the steps in the selection process... And used an innovative work to take the class.

In the afternoon section we helped the principal sir for issuing the mark list to outgoing students ...it's our pleasure to help him

INTRODUCTION

EVENTS OF THIS WEEK

 15 th August all indians celebrated as Independence day .as part of this day ,our school also planned a celebration and executed it very well.

   Tuesday we have classes and i took the new chapter staffing its meaning features,and also there was plus one admissions. At that day I also engaged in gardening to help the scout and guide volunteers ..Wednesday I took the class of importance of staffing. . Thursday was a public holiday ..on Friday we have classes .in the first hour I got the class and i took the class of staffing process. In the lunch break we have a staff meeting.On saturday we have classes and i took the class of sources of recruitments, especially interanal sources.

INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION ☺️☺️

Independence Day is celebrated annually on 15 August  as a national holiday in India commemorating the nation's independence  from the united Kingdom  on 15 August 1947, the day when the provisions of the 1947 Indian independence day Act  , which transferred legislative sovereignty to the indian constituent assembly  came into effect. 

          As part of the 75 th independence day govt .HSS Anchal school has been decided to conduct several programmes and executed it very well.we also participated in it and it's a good experience for us.

At 9 .00 am the programme was started ..The principal of govt HSS Anchal West hoists the national flag. After the falg hoisting ceremony , students from hs and has presented national songs .and there was a formal section also 

In the formal section independence day message was given Dr.Mani sir principal of govt HSS Anchal West school..Headmistress teacher was given facilitation ...
