SENT OFF FROM SCHOOL
Today we both were very sad ..because today was the last day of our teaching practice ....we didn't want to left from there. Because we got a good relations with the staffs at there ....and also with the students ....really i will miss them.,..sad ๐ข
PLUS ONE CLASSES INAUGURATION
Today the plus one batch is inaugurated.The function was started at 10.a.m. all students and parents were arrived earlier .we both got the duty of welcoming the parents and students. We did our job with pleasure ☺️
INNOVATIVE WORK REPORT
INTRODUCTION
Innovative work helps the teacher to teach something effectively. Here we can increase the interest of the pupils. And also we can avoid rote learning by this interesting method. This type of innovative methods and creativity techniques has an important role in teaching leaning process. It will also help the students to store the ideas in their memory for a long time. It is very effective and powerful tool in teaching learning process.
As a part of University of Kerala B.Ed curriculum 2021 -2022 there was a school based practical work known as innovative work. This work should be applicable to enhance students learning.
On the second phase of teaching practice I made an innovative teaching aid. In the face to face teaching practice I prepared a still model based on steps in selection process.
PROCEDURE
During the fourth semester school internship with the students of Govt: H.S.S Anchal west I have to do an innovative work. I got plus two commerce students for teaching practice. I got a chance to present my innovative work in front of my students.
As part of B. Ed curriculum, I did an innovative work which is based on e-commerce. It aims at helping the students to get a visual image about electronic commerce. I take the topic selection process as my innovative wor.
In order to complete this work I used thermocol, chart, pencil, sketch pen, photo copy.The main objective of the work is to make awareness about steps in the selection process and to provide visual image about it.
CONCLUSION
Innovative teaching is necessary for the present and future of education to help students to reach their full potential. The concrete learning over the abstract learning will happen through innovative works. Preparing innovative work makes to enhance the teacher’s potential also. Innovative teaching- learning aids will increase the thinking skill of teachers as well as students. Innovative works helps the teachers to simplify their teaching skills.
My innovative work gave a new experience to teach in front of my students. I am very glad that my innovative work lead to a success in teaching learning process. Learners were more interested in creative thinking after saw my work.

WEEKEND REFLECTION - 7th
INTRODUCTION

EVENTS OF THIS WEEK
This is the last week of our teaching practice. So we were very sad in this week. On monday i got second period and i took the concept merits of internal sources of recruitment. On tuesday i took external sources of recruitment and the differences between internal and external sources were discussed on wednesday.. At last day i discussed about the steps in the selection process... And used an innovative work to take the class.

In the afternoon section we helped the principal sir for issuing the mark list to outgoing students ...it's our pleasure to help him
ONASADYA-2022
As part of the upcoming onam celebration our staff committee provide sadya for all the teaching and non teaching staffs and the scout and guide volunteers who assigned the admission duty today

Today at 11.a.m there is a staff meeting to discuss about the staring of new plus one batches and its inauguration sections ..also discussed about the scout master to guide the scout volunteers ..

EVENTS OF THIS WEEK
On Monday i got 5 th hour and i took the class of deligation and second day there was no class due to muharam holiday. On Wednesday I took the class of decentralisation. On thursday i took the class of differences between decentralisation and deligation.
On Friday our teacher came to our school for observing our class. At that day i took the class of differences between centralisation ande decetralisation.
STAFF MEETING ABOUT NSS CAMP
As part of the NSS camp The principal Dr.Mani sir and NSS unit teachers arranged a staff meeting for discussing about the camp and finalise all the programmes. Me also joining in the staff meeting ๐ค
CLASS OBSERVATION
On Friday our principal miss shyma miss came to our school for observing our classes.Teacher gave us the review and further instructions to follow while taking a Class .
SCHOOL BASED ACTIVITY
School based activities is an essential component for any educational program like B.ed .Apart from classroom teaching , a school teacher is also responsible for a number of scholastic and school management related activities.A teacher has to maintain a comprehensive record of entire learners performance. School based activities provide first hand exposure to the systamatic schooling procedure .

ICE BREAKING SECTION OF NSS CAMP
After the inauguration of NSS camp there was an ice breaking section which is lead by Dr. Shabeer sir department of commerce .it's an very interesting section. In this section i got a chance to dance with the teachers and students .
